Weak.Īnd all the links to "digital editions" you find around the finescale site just point you to how to sign up, not to actually view your digital publication.įunny how phone support didn't clue me in to that and told me it was a temporary glitch when it's not. So basically when we sign up, our info has to be manually sent to the digital publisher. If it has been longer than this allotted period and you still have not received your issue, you will need to contact whomever you purchased the subscription from to ensure that everything is set up correctly, in particular the email address. Please note that it can take a publisher up to 4-6 weeks to send us a file including the list of their new digital subscribers. If Zinio receives a request from the publisher to make a delivery to you - we will do so automatically. I received info from Zinio support that has helped me understand.Īlthough Zinio delivers your publication on behalf of the publisher, Zinio does not manage 3rd party subscriptions. It returns an error, but thankfully gives an address to use with your own email platform. Not to mention you can't directly email support through the support page. Shake my head, I feel like I'm being pranked. FYI, the "Frequently asked questions" section of the customer support page takes you to none other than.the subscribe page.
I suppose I am to wait until the newest digital print comes out? Silly if true.įor now, I've emailed customer support and will report back with any findings. I've been waiting since the January 20th and nothing. I checked my order confirmation email from finescale, and it mentions I should receive email correspondence from Zinio with instructions about accessing the digital magazines. I don't even know how to get to the older issues. Every link that mentions accessing the digital version of the latest issue takes you to the subscribe page. I am a new subscriber hoping to get access to older issues through digital means. No answer? I too am in the same position.
